My research focuses on quantum devices made of semiconductor/superconductor hybrid structures. In the past five years research was concerned with developing new material systems, measurement and fabrication techniques in order to realize topological (p-wave) superconductor in solid state. At Oxford Materials I will continue to pursue research in this direction.
