Summer Intern Opportunities 2025

There are six Faraday Undergraduate Summer Experience (FUSE) internships are based in Oxford working with researchers on battery research.

  • Building a database of electrolyte transport properties
  • Next generation electro-chemo-mechanical models to unravel a solid-state battery breakthrough
  • Optimisation of ionic and electronic conductivity of the composite cathode
  • Alloy electrodes for enhanced performance in all solid state batteries
  • Towards high current densities with sulphide solid-state batteries
  • May the best microstructure win: computational design of solid-state batteries
