As a member of the IT Support team, Tauseef provides second line support for in-person requests at the IT Support office and for email requests via itsupport@materials.ox.ac.uk. Tauseef leads Windows devices, particularly Teaching and Administrative computers, and is responsible for the Department’s server infrastructure.

As a member of the IT Support team, Stuart provides first line of response for in-person requests at the IT Support office and for email requests via itsupport@materials.ox.ac.uk. Stuart leads on hardware problems, Apple Mac devices and printing support, as well as acting as the Departmental Photographer.
